14060 back from service!

I have been anxiously waiting for my 14060 to be fixed and returned back to me... and been in touch with Suzie Cabral, the after sales coordinator at RSC Canada. Very pleasant person to deal with. Its funny that she called me several times in one day about my wife's 6618, and on the 3rd time of her call.. I said you know that you have to give me an update on my sub everytime you call me. She started laughing and said "yeah I know eh, I should have learned my lesson and have your service screen up before calling you".

Well that day my 14060 status was in final QC.. and this past Monday, I received a fedex notification. I didn't expect any shipment.. and I thought it can't be Rolex since I'm picking it up.

Well lo and behold.. it was from RCL - Rolex Canada Limited... what a nice surprise! This thing is very bright and shiny, and new dial is just awesome. New springbars installed, plus a new clasp. There's a small dent on the 1st midlink on the six o'clock side, and it was partially fixed... but hey RSC are not miracle workers.

As promised (Pete, JJ) here are the pix! More to come as I ran out of battery.

Hi Vernon,

You say you ran out of battery? Didn't know you had the same supplier as mine - Mr. I Wob Yu!!

Seriously, great job and I'm truly happy for you. That Rolex box looks terrific. I didn't know they made them so narrow....must be specially for the serviced models.

Great job, great pics, great watch and a great member!!

WoW looks great!!! congrats you must be thrilled and rightly so - what a beauty!

Geez when you pick up a Tudor from the RSC they pull it out of a quick lock bag and just hand it to you.. oh and then take it back and set the time! Thanks....

Looks fantastic!
I read nothing but glowing reports about Rolex Canada. I wish I could send mine to them.
Is that a service box? Wow!! All I ever get is a cardboard thing.

Thanks CJ. I'm impressed by their workmanship as well.

I'm actually the 3rd owner of this watch. The previous owner bought it from an estate jewellery so not sure how many actual owners it had before it was brought to an estate jewelry store.
