where to buy OF bracelet

Hi guys,

bought a YM 37 for my mother but the OF is a bit big, she called the RSC and they told her to take the watch to an AD , because they can get better measurements, I thought you can order from them, anyone with better knowledge on how to order one TIA

You can't just order Rolex parts; there is no actual parts outlet.

A Dealer will measure and then be able to provide the correct size strap length without guessing at it.

sorry never said just buy what ever and from an outlet, my question was if someone had order from RSC directly, I took previews watches to them for service no problem. I was just asking if anyone else bought the bracelet from them

You could walk into an RSC and purchase but would need to have the model of watch with you that comes on Oysterflex so they could put on the size that fits you.

that's what I was trying to figure out, if anyone else had walked in to the RSC and done it in the past, I have one local, but I called the 800 number and they told to look for an AD because they don't size the watch

Go to an AD. They usually have all sizes in the back and can swap them out to see what the right fit is and then likely sell it to you right then.

Yes I've done it with a friend. They will switch it out / let you buy another - but the watch needs to be present so they can put it on.

Any Rolex AD should be able to help you.
