Is this a fake or real?

Hi All, i have inherited this watch and can’t find any details about it, not sure if its even genuine E8F741C2-ABFB-42DD-9DCE-C009997B4BAE.jpeg

Any ideas?

Looks real but need a closer photo, and picture of back and preferably movement.

Appears to be a small 1940's manual wind, in a non-oystercase.

Cannot tell if the dial has been redone or not from photo.

Thanks, there are no markings on the back and will try and take better pictures. What i can’t understand is the actual numbers, they are strange especially the number 4 & 6

Can’t seem to find anything about it online

If it's any comfort, I've seen that font (4, 6, and 9 in particular) on vintage Rolex dials before.
