Great sentiment and phrasing, esp coming from someone who has been on the forum for so long, just a great reminder to stay non-cynical or blasé for all of us who have been being here longer than Lazarus.

An absolute beauty. Just love a Daytona on an OF. Well done. Just got mine (RG, Sundust dial) a few months ago which was my dream watch as well.

Gorgeous, definitely some of the best ‘natural’ photos I’ve seen of the piece. I just wish the subdials were larger 😎🤘🏽.

Congrats, stunning piece.

Hehehe, with diminishing eyesight, the subdials issue is getting more and more, ahem, out of focus.

Thank you!

What a beauty. I actually went to my AD yesterday to see if they had one I could try on. They did have the yellow gold, but not the white gold. I think wg is the way to go.

Actually, the day I collected mine last week, the other AD right across the square had the WG sitting in its window. It so happens that at said other AD I was promised years ago I'd get "the next one that comes in," referring to the 11 ref. of course. History. Sorry, I'm rambling. What I think is, they're becoming less scarce.

To me, the "Ghost" is the best of the current Daytona dials. I even like it more than the dial of the Le Mans. Very, very classy.

Herzlichen Glückwunsch!

I agree. I also like the contrast with the OF models. The bezel and rubber really work with it.

Congrats, the WG on OF is a keeper with either Black or ghost dial.

I prefer the black dial as it is very understated, classic, flies under the radar and so versatile that is equally at home with a suit or with shorts and a t.
