Just received my GMT back from Dallas RSC (date wheel issue). It took 12 weeks to get it "fixed". i have to say, i missed wearing this watch and I am in love AGAIN...

Wow sorry this happened. I really want to add this piece but I’m hesitant because of stories like this one. I really hope they remedy the issue with a credit of some sort. Good luck!

I traded my Tudor BB GMT because of this issue. This is the most unreliable Tudor movement right now. It took Tudor 8 weeks to fix my date issue.

My BBGMT was "fixed" in Dallas...and now the hour hand doesn't work. Minute hand, seconds hand, 24h hand all work flawlessly. Hour hand does not move. No clue how this made it past QC. It's going back and after that it's moving on. Great watch but ruined for me.

I purchased my Q series Tudor GMT in December 2019 and I was happy that I could have been one of those lucky ones that haven't come across the date issue yet. I assumed that if it hasn't happened in more than close to 2 years it won't.. until last week when it got stuck in between two dates just like what others have seen. and then a few days later it skipped two days but aligned perfectly.

Now the date just doesn't change right after midnight.. it changes around 12:30 am or so but sometimes gets stuck in between dates and sometimes doesn't..but it has happened twice in a week. and if I change the date manually by advancing the hours it seems to change much before midnight so looks like some gear slippage maybe. oh well.

Picked mine up last month new from AD. No issues love it so far. Not worried as it has a 5 year warranty. Then again, I’m biased. I drive a Rover. Reliability is not always my top priority.

lol in the past 15 months i have had the date wheel issue 3 times. After the second time Rolex customer service division and my AD actually offered to replace the entire watch in Oct 2019. That replacement watch worked perfectly until today.

Guess we're back to square one

What would you have them do? Keep servicing it or ask them to buy back the watch and trade up to a Datejust or maybe a BLRO if i get lucky??

Rolex/Tudor are too arrogant for any admission. Sell it, and buy a new one made from 2021 - apparently they are date-trouble free.

Very sorry to hear this is still going on for a lot of folks. I’m not sure I’d have much confidence in buying a 2021 BBGMT at this point, as those problems can easily manifest themselves down the road. Damn shame too - such a nice looking watch and this is the reason I have remained on the sidelines.
