Thanks! After almost a decade of keeping it on the OEM strap I finally switched to a custom after-market one, I'm in love with the Hermes etoupe colour.

I have a sub as well and I would say that the quality is pretty much the same, very robust and comfortable. The BP is a double deployant buckle but doesn't have micro adjustment. It does come with a half link for fine-tuning. I love them both, and pretty equal overall between the oyster bracelet and this Blancpain x-71 bracelet.

What is amazing is that Blancpain made this bracelet I think some 30 years ago, when Rolex had their stamped bracelets, so I would say that Rolex just caught up finally to Blancpain :)

Maybe not 100% Blancpain but it has Blancpain on the dial

Its the 7002, a 36mm hand winder, about 7 mm thick, from the 1990s.

BP is one of my favorite brands. Currently I have these two, but I’m also waiting on my Act 3 to arrive. Some lucky day in the future I’d love to find a Leman ATV for sale, but with only 12 made I’m not optimistic.

Just got the original BP sailcloth and buckle for the 70th anniversary Act 1. The quality is superb and looks awesome. 20240131_164052.jpg20240131_164139.jpg20240131_170039.jpg20240131_170426.jpg20240131_170522.jpg20240131_170531.jpg

Beautiful FF! Looks to be 21.5 lug width on the strap. Great to see them producing straps for 42.3mm. Could be a good sign for what’s to come!

I so love the FF from BP, all of them. Steel, Ti or gold, all gorgeous.

They sell those now?? That’s great. Does the buckle from the nato fit or does the sail cloth taper? I got a 22mm Artem and it fits great but I’d prefer an oem buckle.

And what all options do they offer in the 21.5mm. I live far from a BP boutique but am hitting up London in a few weeks.

Yes, these can be purchased now. I haven't tried fitting the buckle from the NATO on this strap as I ordered a separate buckle for this strap. I believe the buckle is 20mm but will confirm tomorrow, haven't measured it yet.

If any of you who have the Act 1 decide to sell it in the future please hit me up first! I’m really regretting passing on it. @Rolextellstime it looks amazing on the sailcloth!
