Anyone know if this is possible with the 116710 or only the 126710? I have a 11670BLNR and wouldn't mind getting a jubilee for it.

This held mine up. It took a few months for stock to arrive.

Walked into St James today - 126710 BLRO on Oyster cns only remain on Oyster.

126710 BLRO on Jubilee can be converted to Oyster.

So, Oyster = Oyster only

Jubilee = Jubilee and Oyster.

This is a shame but at least we have it from the horse's mouth. St James were switching 126710BLRO from Oyeser to Jubilee and offering either trade in or keep both. This facility has obviously been canned at some point post January 2023. I wonder if it will come back?

Same I was told but according to W&W 2024, this should change. I'll keep inquiring with my AD.

Did they actually try to order it? I was initially also “told” it could be ordered but when they actually tried to place the order in the system, it wouldn’t let them.

I bought an oyster for my 2018 BLRO in late 2022.

The AD which I purchased the watch from ordered the oyster. Oddly, I called all US RSCs one week prior to the order, and all said it couldn’t be done.

Seems like not much has changed. Ask RSCs and as many ADs as you can to get what you’re looking for.

I can confirm I was told the same in my meeting with Rolex at the show this year as well. When I pressed for more details there were no solid answers, however. In my experience, not all ADs treat the request equally.

I just got the watch yesterday so I didn't pursue the jubliee on the spot. I do plan on reaching out sooner than later to see if there is a long lag in getting the bracelet.

I just purchased an oyster bracelet for my BLNR jubilee today. First I called RSC, they said you can only swap at the moment, but the bracelet wasn’t currently available. They mentioned that the policy changes so I could check again in a few weeks. Then I called my AD, they said it was on back order but if I came in they could order it for me. When I arrived at the AD they said they were mistaken, Rolex no longer allowed it.

Called RSC again, they said the bracelet was available to order but I would likely have to service the watch. I decided to go to the RSC. After checking the serial number and examining the watch they confirmed I was able to order the bracelet, it would not require a service, and I could keep my Jubilee. I placed the order and the bracelet arrived the next day.

They also said that the rules for the various GMT models were very specific and strict, and that not all GMT’s are eligible to purchase or swap bracelets. I got a lot of different stories along the way, but am very happy to have an oyster to go along with my jubilee.

This is awesome to hear! How much did the oyster bracelet cost? Which RSC was this Dallas or NY?

I asked St James’s RSC and was told no for 116710 BLNR as it never came on a jubilee.

I received this email today, I’ve asked them for jubilee and service history on Daytona .

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your email.

We kindly advise that the Jubilee bracelet on the Rolex GMT-Master II 126720VTNR remains on a like for like exchange basis.

Assuring you of our best intentions.

With kind regards,
Amy

I’m thinking it’s much easier to get an oyster bracelet than a jubilee.

I just called RSC Dallas and they said no. They did say the price was $2,100 for the jubliee bracelet.
