First timer in Dubai

I live in Dubai so I think it is really my only option. I am looking to buy my first Rolex. Nothing crazy or fancy (probably the most basic of Rolexes). I am female so a 31 TT Datejust with a champagne face. I am hoping to find a used watch.. i know nootthing about what to watch out for and I am scared of being ripped off. Any advice on where I should go or what I should look out for?

I saw some at the gold souq for 20,000aed ($5,500) with diamonds instead of numbers. Is that reasonable? Am I in over my head??
