Questions to the Attorneys here.

Whats up with the No shirt No shoes No service signs. I notice they do not mention "No Pants" so if someone enters a place of business with such a sign with no pants and just his natural way(But wearing shoes and a shirt) can they be kicked out or refused service?

It seems leaving out the "No pants" part is a huge loophole that can be exploited. I am surprised no one has tested this theory yet.

In the UK it is perfectly acceptable to not wear pants when entering a place of business.

Now if your flies are undone, that's another matter.

maybe the sign is what the store does or does not, in this case, offer?

not really much of a loophole when you will be in jail rather than the shop

The No shirt sign is specific to the store. It is not necessary for the store to list all the other 'No's' that are dealt with in common law of the society... ie: no Nudity, no assault, no theft, no murder, no grabbing your neighbour's wife...

You're actually lucky Doug. They almost never look like Eva Longoria. My neighbor's wife is aspiring to be Rosie O'Donnell some day.

You don't have to hang a sign telling people that they can't do what is already illegal.
