I love Ted Lasso, so funny. The manager of the team I support (Leeds United) has an American manager (Jesse Marsch) and a couple of players from the US team. He did say that Ted Lasso didn't help.

I like Jesse.

I watched The Patient. Ughhh not sure what to advise on this one. It was a good show but went on too many episodes. A couple were a pain to get thru but overall a good show

All Quiet on the Western front is an epic WWI film from the German perspective.

Just watched The Menu on HBO Max and it was brilliant!

Madoff has been really interesting. If you like old country music George and Tammy is really good (Showtime).

Finished Queen of the South! I binged it in 2.5 weeks. By the end I felt like I was a character in it.

Got a repetitive but enjoyed it.

Archive 81 was fantastic. Of course Netflix killed it even though there were multiple seasons planned.

I also really enjoy and think this is Taylor Sheridan best series.

Sad about the terrible accident to Jeremy Renner while trying to be a good human. Wonder how this will affect season 3 if was going that far.

Nearly dine The Recruit, which I've enjoyed.

Watched The Pale Blue Eye last night. Good performances all around. Christian Bale is always great, but the guy who played Poe did a really nice job. Looked so much like him on top of it. As for the movie itself, good but not great. Bad pacing, too long. If they cut 20 minutes off it, it would have helped a lot. C+ movie to me.

Alice In Borderland. Surprisingly good. Stick with it, I think season 2 was even better than season 1.

For those who want interesting characters and to feel the stress of running a restaurant “The Bear” on FX is for you.

Agree, a remake of a movie made in 1930. My grandfather was a German soldier on the western front 1914-1918, survived being gassed, artillery, hand to hand, was captured by the English and recovered by the Germans. By the end of the war he never asked a name, survival on the line for recruits was two weeks.
