Submariner after 5 day wait
Hi everyone, new member over here! A little background about me. My first job after high school was at a German automotive dealership. I remember most of the successful guys all had S/S sports Rolex's. This is where I was introduced to Rolex. I always thought a Rolex was supposed to be gold and be flooded with diamonds. I loved how low key the sports watches are. The average person does not know that you are wearing a Rolex. I recently made the switch to the ultimate brand some would say. To celebrate, I wanted to buy my first Rolex. All my colleagues told me that it was impossible to buy a Rolex at an AD in todays market but I refuse to go grey. I stopped by my local AD and expressed my interest in a Submariner to celebrate my new job. The SA and I had a great conversation but I did not think much of it. 5 days later, I got a call from a random number. I answered thinking it was one of my customers but I was wrong. My SA called and said she had a Submariner ND for me. I was shocked to get the call so early. I have no prior purchase history and was expecting to wait much longer. When I got to the store, my SA tells me they don't have the Submariner ND. Instead they only have a Submariner Date. I much prefer the Date so I was beyond excited to hear.
