Probably not. You can only do it so many times and it always eats away at the lug width and just destroys the original form with repeat polishes.

Getting back a freshly polished watch is the best thing about servicing a Rolex!

If you're wearing the watch as jewelry, then yes.

If you're wearing the watch as a tool, then no.
