Tonight we had one of my favorite Swedish dishes: Gräddstuvad Pytt i Panna.

It is a day off for me so I have been enjoying myself in the Kitchen this afternoon and back n forth on TRF.I Love to cook and usually do so every day.This is what I just took out of the oven to let cool.This is TW Lasagna w/Mild Italian Sausage,Ground Chuck Meatsauce(Gravy),Provolone,Parmesan and Moozarella cheese sandwiched inbetween 3 layers of Lasagna Macaroni.Enjoy

No, but she cooked a lot over the last few days. I really don't care for either of those places that much but it's ok. She is coming down to your neck of the woods for a week on Friday. Flying 1st class from Orlando to Ft. Laud. Who does such a thing. I just keep quiet.

HORROR ! Just come back from the basement fridge .. NO dry white wine in there . My wife brought back this beautiful "Emperor" fish from the market and it is ready yo come out of the oven . A bottle of bubbly stuff from the Reims region will just do nicely too .

Look .. It took her a while to "get" the watch forum thing and pictures we post all the time . The fact that Dalip and his family came over .. she saw that there are other "normal" people involved . did help a lot .
