US RSC current turnaround time?
My 116520 is running a bit fast, and likely will drop her off to service here in LA..from my recollection chronos go to RSC Dallas?
Anyone recently service their watch, and have an idea of turnaround time? |

Sent my 16570 to RSC Dallas for service and it took 4 weeks for the estimate. After I ok’d the estimate, they said about 8 weeks.

Just dropped off my Daytona for service at Bev Hills RSC in LA and was quoted for 6-8 week turnaround time
Said they are packed at the moment for what it's worth, no problem for me |

How fast was it running after how many years ? Just curious. I've had some 4130s that were 8-9 years old no service keeping 1 spd. Crazy good movement in the Daytona.

I don’t have it in hand yet but they (Dallas) prepared the estimate on 9/27 and today 10/17, I got the email that it’s ready to be shipped back.

I sent my sub date in recently for a new crystal, it took about 6 weeks. When it arrived, however, the crystal was install crooked making the cyclops off by about 5 degrees. They’ve now given me a 15 week estimate for fixing their mistake. :)
So your mileage may vary. |

For a ~9 year old watch likely without service I would have been fine for awhile and I was impressed, but wanted to do a fresh service to match the new change in ownership and start from 0 since I plan to keep her for awhile |

Recently had an Explorer serviced by RSC in the UK.
It took 3 weeks from dropping it off to receiving it back. |

Handed in my Datejust about 10 days ago to Rolex RSC in LA, they said 4 to 6 weeks. They send to Dallas.
The rep said that it would get busier towards year end and that for a watch sent in Late Nov/December it would be closer to 2 months. |

3 weeks at RSC NY. Depends on how busy they are, especially during the holidays.

I sent my son’s 116710 to RSC Dallas for a service, back this Monday. Fastest ever. It was four and half weeks with no polish.
