LA Watch Works Service Question

I dropped off one of my Rolex’s there approx 4 business days ago and haven’t received an estimate to service my watch.

I didn’t want to bother them while I am waiting, but how long do they typically take to provide an estimate before they start the work ?

Thank you

I know the actual service could take 8-12 weeks but I am only talking about the time it just takes to get an initial estimate.

Four days is not very long. It can take weeks just to get an estimate. I have not used LA Watch Works specifically, but every time I have sent a watch to my AD or even to a service center, they typically call me with the estimate when they are ready to begin work on the watch.

4 days isn’t a huge amount of time especially if they are busy

I am going to patiently wait, does not do any good to annoy a vendor that is working on something that’s expensive and meaningful to you. I was just trying to guage how long most have waited for just the written estimate from this establishment.
