Random question, sent in my jaeger via a dealer for warranty work since it was 20 min fast a day (did not appear magnetized according to a watchmaker). Turnaround was very fast, only a few weeks, but when I picked it up yesterday the caseback had several 1 cm long scratches on the back. When I took it over, it was MINT, not a mark on it. The dealer says they will send it back to Jaeger, but I don't know what they would really even do about it. I'm completely pissed especially considering it was an engagement/wedding gift for me. Is there any recourse for this type of thing?
