I loved the look of the DSOTM but found in person that it sat too high on the wrist due to the raised sapphire caseback. That was a deal breaker for me.

Thanks for all responses. In such a tough choice and I have decide to get both pieces. The first one I got is DSOM, right now sit back and waiting to for the door bell ring ring only.
I will add the BL sometime end of this year or maybe I will shift my shopping list to GO. |

Blancpain..........if you're strictly speaking aesthetics...........I've tried on the Dark Side and did nothing for me. If no one told me that its an Omega and all the other great stuff about it, I would have thought it was a relatively inexpensive stylish watch. That BP however..........oh my!!!!!!!

Based on the picture, the Blancpain looks nicer. I don't know if it's just the lighting but the matte black/dark grey case looks nice, plus it may also just be the lighting but the dial has a dark dark bluish tint. It just looks more interesting.

Not a fan of blancpain's sport collection unless we're talking FF, the omega by a wide margin for me

Isn't this piece twice as much money? I tried it on recently but see no value in the complication.

Sir,I share your taste exactly... I mean really, those threw, the dsom, that particular l -evolution and this go are some of my own absolute favorites. :) I recently tried on the dsom and my love for it was strengthened by many multiple units...the bp in this context is a bit more restrained although on it's own it's very sporty...the go is a perfect middle ground with a beautiful architectural dial and gorgeous movement in a slightly more classic go fashion. :) wonderful choices and you have made a great decision to go for all, fantastic. :)

For daily watch, the omega is a winner this time. IMO, for a very sporty watch I think BL L evolution vs JLC Amvox 5&7 will be a bad ass battle. |

I'm totally agree. Love the unique design of the case and beautiful show off movement.
