372 is great but I just feel that you would be wanting that little more. I would take 127 all day, such an iconic Panerai, pure DNA and unmistakable

I agree. The 127 just feels special.

Any current/recent thoughts on the 127 — still a grail among the many recent releases?

What’s a good price these days?

Had it for a brief time.

Just found it too big.

I would opt for a 111 and be done.

For sure - the 127 will remain a grail as long as there are Paneristi

The price over the past 10 years has been a very stable 12-16K€ depending on condition / box & papers etc.

I myself have the 217 which I picked up roughly eight years ago. It's staying put in my collection for now although I'll admit my rotation as of late have been pieces in the 39-44mm range so that the 217 spends less time on my wrist and more in the safe. There are however enough guys that are happier with big, 44~47mm watches, ensuring 47mm PAMs are here to stay, regardless of trends.
