Patek does give ADs guidance on type of client to allocate to, but they don't need approval to allocate one. So this makes me think that even if there are less 5740's compared to 5811, the 5811 is harder due to required approval.

I really doubt it about the 5811 needing Geneva approval as even MR go thru HSWA in NYC here in the states but I could be wrong
