Choose one GMT: CHNR or SKY-DWELLER
CHNR, but I am not a Skydweller fan. It looks too big and bulky, in almost every wrist shot I’ve seen. The CHNR is beautiful! I’d even consider it, for myself.

SkyD gives you the most variety as you already have two subs, especially in a white dial instead of another black.

Another vote for the SkyDweller. I love the complexity of the movement and the look.

I had the CHNR before and sold it cause not a big TT fan. In this case I would wait for the SS Sky Black or Blue, not a white dial fan, even skipped a Panda at my AD.

I would go GMT. Not much of a SkyDweller lover. It’s too big for what it is and the dial looks too busy. The CHNR on the other hand, I love the color and classic styling.

I have owned both but traded the CHNR. Lost interest in it for some reason and after a honeymoon period, it was not a watch I wore. Was able to purchase the blue dial SkyDweller from my AD earlier this year. It is bigger but I like it much better and wear it more. But as others said, it’s your preference and no wrong answers. Both are beautiful in different ways.

If you don’t mind the bulk, the SkyD is a great watch. I don’t own one but have tried them on multiple times. The GMT is slimmer and probably easier to wear. It’s also got a great classic design. I’d get the two tone GRNR over the CHNR though.

For myself, I'd choose the CHNR. Imagine your SA called you with the great news. Would you be happier if they said CHNR or SkyD? That's your answer.

Can’t lose but I’d get the Sky between the two.

Sky Dweller on jubilee is another level, love mine. However, don't think you can go wrong with either as both are stunning watches. Definitely not an easy choice.

The white dial SS Sky-Dweller on Jubilee is my favorite. Very versatile and goes with everything. Dress it up or down. The watch in the picture is on the oyster bracelet but I have since purchased a Jubilee bracelet.

You already have multiple black faced rolex sports watches. Do something different.

I could never hold onto the CHNR for long. It's nice but there are much better GMTs like the BLRO or BLNR. The Sky-Dweller is special and is really no comparison. If I'm in your shoes I'm going with the Sky-D and never looking back.

I owned a CHNR and sold it since I much preferred the BLRO over it. My blue-dialed Sky Dweller on oyster is a different category. Prettiest watch I will ever own--a different level of horology. Don't let the size scare you. Wears comfortably but I am a large mammal who prefers 42mm and up.

In terms of horology, Rolex makes nothing more complicated than the Skydweller, so you kind of get your money's worth in that regard. CHNR is a great watch too--just depends on what you like the look of. For me, it was the Skydweller, but neither is a bad choice.
And I'd echo the Skydweller on Jubilee and Oyster point -- I have both bracelets and it's great to be able to swap. |

If you can live with the size and thickness of the SD, I would go with that.

I like the size of the sky but think the root beer would be a better daily. Two outstanding choices!

I'd have either as long as they were on an Oyster bracelet.

Been waiting for CHNR for few months now. Sky D is too big for my wrist unfortunately.
