Tourneau sample sale in NYC this Sat

Anyone going to the Tourneau sample sale this Saturday? Should be good deals (no rollies). I'll be there early on Saturday. Maybe they will have Cartier or Pams.

Yes, I plan to be there on Saturday afternoon to see what might be interesting
on display. FYI - It will be at the private sale house Soiffer Haskin again which
is at 317 West 33rd Street (near Penn Station). Enjoy!

Anyone have any experience at one of these tourneau sample sales? Brands that actually show up? This is right by my office, so I may have to check it out.

How different is this than the "traveling" watch event Tourneau has (maybe twice a year)? At the last event, they had some great watches (pre-owned) and although their prices were high, they had some very nice pieces. Even a Milgauss from 1969.

Yeah, I got a Breitling Cockpit, white face, stainless Pilot bracelet......this is from the guy who said the only Breitling worth getting was the Navitimer....sadly they had no Navitimers but the deal was pretty good on the Cockpit, and it's fairly low key not too trendy and NOT the size of a hubcap on your wrist.

Yeah, I'm not familiar with Breitling watches although I had someone who wanted to trade me his Breitling Bentley for my PAM 88. Yours sounds nice... picture? And congrats, too!

When I went they had a couple, but they were all gone when I checked back. They had GPs, Jaegers, Breitlings, Montblanc, Tag, Invicta, Grahm, Glaschutte Original watches, Hublots, Ulysses Nardin, and in the pre-owned section they had a couple of Omegas, Breguet, AP, Cartier, etc... A lot of the higher end stuff was in the pre-owned section (tourbillons, etc...)

Thanks, It is pretty nice... I'll have pics in 2 weeks. It's my birthday present to myself. I literally wrapped it up when I got home....I thought it was funny, in a sad way.
