Not sure about DSSD in HK but the sub C is on high demand especially the LV already above MSRP will cost you $64,000.00 + ...

better choice is get it here from David SW or other sellers here.

Thanks everyone for sharing their knowledge and prices so far from HK.

I'm in the market for a TT SUB black dial 116613, haven't finalized Serti dial or not yet-- Anyone know of their availability (where) and pricing in HK whether they are better than here in the States??

Going to HK next month, thanks again

Thanks all - sorry for belated response - new to forum, and just noticed I didn't have the email notification box ticked!

Question - does the 2-8% also depend on cash? I understand there's no issues with availability with SubCs in HK, so presumably you can just wander from AD to AD until you get the right price, assuming you have the time and patience.

Also, what's iwatch365? I found a chinese language website iwatch365.net??

Great Forum

Hello everyone and greetings from Austria!

Thanks for the much information i received from this forum.

Going to HK next month i have a simple (silly?) question:

What payment method is usual purchasing a 100k HKD watch? Credit Card or cash?

I would feel a little bit unsafe carring so much many money with me....

regards
Martin

if you want to talk prices, nothing talks louder than cash. with CC you may be hit with a lessor discount or fees.

Im not sure of discount structure in HK. But if using the discount structure in SG as a guide, expect about 10% on datejust, and 0% on popular sports models, infact they may even be a premium.

Depends on whether you can get the following:

a) stock availability
b) discount level
c) tax refund
d) currency

those are the deal breakers when taking advantage of prices of rolex's overseas.

i suggest you do some legwork in austria first, and compare the prices when you get to the ADs. that way, you save the headache of converting, etc.

I second this.........I have dealt with Kens Watches many times. never had any issues. Alex is a good guy.........

Lots of selection there............

Many places in Kowloon also......

those prices aren't that bad for second hand LVs.... obviously need to see the condition first..

Hey guys I'm in Kowloon at the moment and was at a shop called London watches or something near kimberly St and they had an LV sub c for $31500HK
And a sub c with the price tag hanging at $12400hk

Am I hearing right or are these high end fakes?

These prices are not realistic.
I've never seen prices like those.
Certainly a big red flag.

I think you're seeing wrong ...and stores in HK do not sell fakes. They'd be shut down in a heart-beat. Prices on the Sub C is around $57,000 HKD and with the usual %8 offered on that model right now is around $52,800. Only place you'll find fakes is from the shifty dudes on Nathan Road nattering at you with "copy watch, cheap suit, taylor?? "
