Tudor serviced by RSC
My watch dealer sent in my Pelagos, I found the bezel was cracked and covered under my dealer's warrant, RSC won't touch the watch without doing a full service since it has never been done. I have to pay for the service, which I am fine with. The bezel was cracked before I bought it but we both missed it. This is RSC in Toronto.
costs in Canadian dollars bezel $530.50 complete overhaul $440.00 refinish case $100.00. I am happy with the price, My question is it normal for the service papers to have this listed? "it does not attest to or guarantee the authenticity of a watch" I know it is just for legal reasons, this is my first watch sent to RSC just wondering, I have heard of people using RSC to guarantee the watch they bought was authentic, but they offer authentication services for a cheaper cost of a service. thanks for any input and opinions from all. |
