Leaked NEW Black Bay 58 in Big Watch Book Magazine ?

Need for confirmation but it seems real

Its only natural that newer Tudors would get rid of that disgusting crown tube. Now, they need to start getting rid of those disgusting rivets on the bracelet and go with more of a tapered oyster style (like the P39).

The bezel looks like it has white or silver markings, rather than gold. They took away the things I love about my BB58.

Most likely with T Fit clasp if really an update.

If not, major major disappointment.

They also changed to a lollipop seconds hand, similar to the BB54

Looks like. 39mm bb54. Nice. Case profile looks similar to the 54. Would be amazing if slimmer also.

Can't see them using ceramic bezels on what are essential heavily retro inspired pieces. Ceramic is far too modern and isn't in keeping with the rest of the design language.

While I also disliked the gold markers, there's something off about this. Could this just be a printing issue.

I agree with you about the ceramic.

But I don't agree you can dismiss this as a printing issue: there is nothing in Tudor catalogue that looks like this.

This guy gets it. You can have rivets if they are real; however fake is dumb

The bezel to dial ratio looks off but that could just be the render. Now the dial seems so large in comparison. Interesting if this is indeed real.

Huh, interesting. Wonder if real, looks....a little wonky to me. Crown is nice but looks like the only real upgrade, though assuming it gets a T-Fit clasp that would be nice.

Would be surprised both by the lack of gold markings and red triangle on the bezel and by the continued use of the faux rivet bracelet. As an owner of the blue BB58 on bracelet the rivets really don't bother me, but when they have the bracelet from the Ranger available to use, it would make so many people happy.

Scale between dial & bezel looks slightly off to me, like others have said, white markers, lollipop etc, would it just be a bigger BB54? The charm of the ‘58 for me is the almost whimsical warmth of the off white with the splash of red to the 12 marker.

Agree it’s probably due an update, as mentioned a new crown and lollipop seconds hand probably a given, we cant see it but probably a T-fit clasp too. Find it unusual if they were to drop the gilt bezel and red triangle. Also this render looks like it has a maxi dial… not sure if the whole thing is even genuine to he honest. There will be an update in the future though, whether this is it or not, who knows??

On closer inspection, almost certainly fake. Zoom right in, you can’t see any bezel texture, coin edge or otherwise on this ‘bb58’. I think someone has clumsily lifted the ‘54 bezel on to this image.

Probably not fake. I rekon the people behind the magazine google image searched bb58 and found a photoshopped fan rendition of it.

“2023 has been a very important year for Tudor”

Proceeds to show a future 2024 model in the image?

Smells fishy to me.

I think if this is real, they made a typo and mess of the rendering and intended to show the BB54, which debuted in ‘23.
