You should have pulled it a couple of weeks ago before they was discontinued, it'll probably cost a bit more now

Stunning watches but I would tire of the effect over time and almost certainly flip it .... so not for me , admire it hugely though .....

If I ever get one, it's not going to happen anytime soon, but you bet I'd sell it eventually.

If it’s the dial you want get it, longer you read more differing opinions you’ll be buying a OF Daytona ..
life’s taught me a valuable lesson that god laughs at the man that makes plans, so go get it ! It is a lovely dial in my opinion ..

My wife loves hers but never wears it. Instead enjoys a Submariner on orange RubberB strap.

Love mine. Jubilee and fluted. But, actually might even prefer the domed oyster now.

It looks better in person, and the smooth bezel offsets the busy dial better than fluted, IMO

I love the green palm dial. Best config for me is a fluted bezel and jubilee but I would also oddly take it without the fluted bezel. My friends and I all call that watch "the vacation". My ad had one in the case the other day they said I could have it if I wanted it... I was on the fence and sadly I think its sold now. I just got a new watch or else I would have been inclined to put down my CC and take it home. I think if you can find one new at the AD still and you love it its a easy win

I have been on "the list" for over a year, and my number has't yet come up. COnsidring that it's been discontinued, I assume I'll never be allocated one.
Probably time for me to find a new, shiny object to aspire to... |

Palm dial on oyster with steel domed bezel is by far the best configuration, in my opinion. Best looking DateJust for many years…and I have quite a few. It’s a shame that it is discontinued, but I was very pleased to pick one up prior to its discontinuance, earlier this year. Dial colour is very different to the mint green.

Not my cup of tea but it's well hyped and hype sells watches today as many buy the hype to wear it but whatever floats your boat, myself prefer the plain green dial .
