Noticed there isn't such a poll topic. Hope to get some opinions.

Fourteen months of 126710 BLRO ownership and no desire for a 16710.

I tried to love the 16700. But I sold it after a few months.. I know it is not a 16710 but the aesthetics are very much the same. The vibe is just too old and I am just 30+.
Also when I think long term, I don’t want to be an old man having an old looking watch. i want my watch fresh. Purely personal preference. |

I have the 16710 (almost permanently on 62510H jubilee) and patiently waiting for the PepC.

Having a Blnr I added the 16710 and yes, no wrong answers, they're both great choices.

16710 has my vote, the newer watches just don’t have the same character to them and have a more bling look.

That’s a tough one!! Two completely different feels
I love the “3 in 1” idea of the 16710, love the history of it as well But for everything else, the 126710 wins for me They both can exist in the same collection and are totally different feels

I voted for the new one because I don't have 1 yet. I do have a 16700 and a 16710. If I could only have 1, that'd be tough but I'd have to go with 16710

16710. Offers far more versatility should you decide to change bezels and/or bracelets.

I'd pick the 6 digit.
I wouldn't have said this a few years ago, but the beefy cases and flashy bezels really have grown on me. And I really like the 3285 movement. |

I had a much-loved 16710, but moved on to a 126710. I never thought I would, but grew to really like the 6-digit references. I find the 126710BLRO to be extremely versatile — easy to swap on an oyster bracelet. The cerachrom reflects light different— muted and subdued indoor (great for office attire), and bright out in direct sun (very casual) — best of both worlds!
The 16710 is charming, but after many years, it felt old. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro |

I do not like vintage anything (watches, cars, etc) and much prefer latest and greatest. A buddy of mine has an older Sub and GMT ... while they are nice, in no way could anyone ever tempt one of those over my current Sub and GMT Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

16710 is my choice...I am just not a fan of the Jubilee bracelet.

I was “on the list” at my AD for the new BLRO, but I had the opportunity to try one on and didn’t like the big case and the brightness of the jubilee was not a look that I was feeling comfortable with. So I took myself off the list and picked up a 16710. Love the older version.

16710 wastes any GMTIIC. Be it double retail Batman, Black Pepsi MK1,2 3 jubilee etc. I'm afraid it just does.

New version is like a disco ball on the wrist. 5 digits here and it’s not close.

126710...I’m a big fan of the modern jubilee and the case shape of the 6 series BLRO, not to mention the 3285 movement.

16710 for me. The only reason I'd buy a 126710 is to flip it

I know, get your daughter to buy one from a grey in Hong Kong then wear it back for you like that SD. You might be able to scrounge out a few bucks profit by cheating your tax man, something you have experience at. |
