Replacement strap for FPJ

Dear all, my Octa Automatique needs a replacement strap. It's currently on an ageing dark green non-OEM ABP strap, and I think the green goes very well with the sort-of greenish-grey tone of the dial, so I'd like to stick to dark green, unless anyone has a better suggestion.

I'm told the OEM Journe straps are supplied by Jean Rousseau. Has anyone tried a JR strap on their Journe? Or would it be better to stick to a "genuine" FPJ strap?

Finally, I can't seem to find a webpage with all the FPJ strap options - the FPJ website doesn't seem to show any, can anyone help?

If you visit the boutique, they can help with ordering custom straps from JR. it will still be stamped as FPJ though. And the selection of straps in the boutique is quite large too, so you may be able to find something you like. The price is comparable to ordering directly from JR.

JR is experienced in supplying straps complete with end cuts for the bowed spring bars to fit FPJ.

For my high end pieces I am switching to Terrycrafted. I got to see his work on a few of Bradley Taylor’s pieces and just ordered some now. Much better than JR imo

I would recommend straps from A Collected Man and Delugs. Both carry curved end straps which fit FP Journe well. Note that for Delugs you would have to get a custom strap if you wanted to use the Journe buckle (which I recommend). It's worth it.
