The New York Post has a pretty good article that mentions they were for "managers who rake in $25,000 in weekly sales for four consecutive weeks." This is called the "Domino's Challenge" and I believe the dollar goal is significantly higher now.

Really cool. Air King’s are certainly on the small side, kinda like a Dominos pizza!

It depends and if you have small to medium wrist size, the AK 34mm can be good size and does not appear too small on the wrist.
