navitimer 125e
just returned my navitimer 125e to AD for the 2nd time in 6 months. Around december noticed my navi had stopped working returned it to AD still under warranty. The watch was sent to breitling uk in london returned to me approx 10 weeks later but within a matter of days the same problem occurred again. On returning watch to AD i told them i wanted a report on work carried out by breitling service centre. Approx 7 weeks later collected it from AD working fine a couple of days later received report from breitling saying problem had been rectified and had been tested and was now running to cosc standards. Days later exactly the same problem again even after fully winding would still not run + could not even seem to hear rotor movement so have just returned it back to AD. Just wondering if any one else has had any such problems. Look forward to your thoughts.

Man that sucks!!! I think it's time to request, no DEMAND a replacement
from the AD or Breitling. I had a Navitimer a couple of years back but no problems. Best of luck Smith one |

geez! that is shocking.. i would demand a replacement too or....
State that although you know it is not the AD's fault, clearly they nor breiltling seem to be capable of solving the problem after several attempt so you would like to change it . It is not 99cents we are talking about here.

navitimer 125e
Thanks for your thoughts the problem I have regarding a replacement is 125e is limited edition so there's a good chance there are none available now perhaps movement could be replaced or I could request a refund should. Be hearing back from Ad shortly

I'm surprises, they should replace the watch or the movement ASAP. 2 vsists and 17 weeks without the watch is unacceptble. Your AD should go to bat for you

Had this happen to me once with an Omega. Bought it from an AD in Spore and on the flight home it stopped working. Was sweating bullets till Monday morning, went to the Omega Boutique in Sydney the watch maker opened it and said there were metal fillings inside and said they would fix it. Not happy with that, asked for a replacement, they said go back to your AD....um they're in Spore I say, they said sorry can only repair not replace.
So a very direct email to the Swatch Group Managing Director ( yes that's right I emailed him direct)...I got a new watch within 48hrs. If I were you would push to get it replaced.

Rolex gave me a replacement on my GMT without asking and this was after I had an issue for the second time in year two.
