Err buddy Terry...the lousy 16750 GMT is being Re-listed again(this is at least the 6th time) in eBay...

As Orchi had earlier anticipated...its PowerSeller TimeVintage of Singapore is quite predictable...yet persistent.

This time...the PowerSeller has NOT mentioned any part of the watch as being "Original"...or at the least he did not as badly to described that the watch is so very 'Original' unlike his previous attempts...BUT he is still trying to pass on the lousy watch as being in...err..."Good Conditions".

"The dial which is in good condition with equally aged hands
It was freshly serivced and is running strong and keeping time."

Nonetheless...somebody whom may be unwary is going to get hurt should he or she wins the bidding for that lousy watch...n gets the lousy watch...that ain't worth scraps...as far as Orchi is concerned...

Ok I'm back Sorry for being away, I had some issues with my Land Rover last week, the head gasket went and well I decided to replace the whole car, I ended up with a 2000 BMW X5, I am actually happy that the Land Rover went on me, I love the X5

So check this one out, I think it's a fake, look at his payment terms..

How can the caseback be missing??

http://cgi.ebay.com/MENS-DIAMOND-ROL...QQcmdZViewItem

Ok, this guy is a jeweler and doesn't have a clue that this is fake, he opened it and there are ZERO Rolex markings, at least from what i can tell

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Oyster-Per...QQcmdZViewItem

Most likely a fake Daytona...

Thanks,
Daniel.
They have been E-Bay members since 1998 and have 3,328 sales and a feedback rating of only 98.7%. Every negative feedback centered around either watch not as described and had to send to Rolex for repairs which cost the buyer money, no refund allowed for a bad deal, a couple claiming the watch was fake, poor shipping, bad communication, etc. In most they took very little responsibility for the problem and pushed it back on the buyer which is always a poor piece of customer service. To their credit, they had a lot of good deals as well. It's a tough decision to make but your call. I always suggest people go to the feedback section and check the person's feedback which is public record.

The gentleman who bought the fake Rolex the other day with the; "Buy It Now" feature on E-Bay looked at the number and saw it was 100%. The problem with this is I checked the feedback, the guy had 5 buys for all cheap items, never made a sale, had 100% feedback from the buys, and the person never checked this out. Now he has to go through the hassle with his credit card company, E-Bay, maybe even the scammer himself. It pays to research and nothing you can't do yourself as it's public record.

Err buddy Terry...kindly assist to ask the Seller...conceptionrecords (1573) of this Ref 16610 Submariner...the following questions:-

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=015

1. If he stated the 16610 is "N" series which would be made around 1992 or so...why does it have the "SWISS MADE" Luminova Dial...instead of having Tritium Dial instead...?

2. Under the same circumstance...why does it have the different bracelet SEL setup...instead of NON-SEL ones...?

That said...if he does response in good manners...please suggest to him to post clearer pics...n make amends to the descriptions in his listing...n give him a pat on his head to wish him good luck with his sales...

However...if he does NOT response asap...or when he does...he gives you a hard time...err...you could terrynatorized that listing of his...asap also.

Thank you very very much...

Here's one, a Daytona with only one pic, and some recent feedback warning that the seller never sends the product:

I don't understand how he has 100% rating as he has ripped off many people. I reported him.

Err buddy Terry...this might be too late for checking...

The reputable Seller jewelersontime...advertized his 16610 Submariner "Z" Series for auction in eBay...BUT the picture that he posted on the COSC Cert...shows a "D" Series...instead.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=013

Could it have been an innocent mistake...?

Err buddy Terry...in another find...Orchi would say this would be highly doubtful...that the watch package could be genuine...to begin with...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...MEWA:IT&ih=009

The eBay Seller..."tel a phoneman"...has little or no history of selling genuine Rolex watches in eBay...

Nevertheless...it does NOT take a keen eye to notice the discrepancies on his listing of this watch...said to be 16610 LV Submariner Z series...

These pictures clearly show only ONE obvious suspicion...the color of the correction liquid differs from YELLOW...to RED...BLUE to even GREEN...etc etc...in the same listing of pictures of ONE watch...

[IMG]http://i21.ebayimg.com/05/i/000/fc/75/c480_3.JPG[/[IMG]

n the ONLY picture of the watch...is too BLURRISH...

Also...the listing comes with an INCREDIBLE STORY...from the Seller...Unbelievable!!!
