My least expensive diver. It's not about the money, it's about the joy a watch can bring you. And this one happens to meet the ISO standard also.

Just picked this one up earlier this week… absolutely loving it! Finishing is even nicer than my 16710.

Congratulations! I like it. MB is top on execution and finish. And that lovely dial.

The only regret I have for that watch is that they used the SW200 instead of the SW300. And primarily for the power reserve, 38 versus 56 hours.

Agreed 100%, the SW200 is its shortcoming. For myself however, the fit and finishing are more important than the movement as I don’t tend to fixate on complete accuracy. Power reserve does not impact me either as I don’t cycle watches daily, I usually wear a piece 24/7 for a month or so before switching. An underrated benefit of the movement is that it is cheaper to service and regulate, and can be done by almost any watchmaker!

For the price, my MB feels like a heck of a lot more watch than Rolex, which on the grey market goes for 8 times what I paid for my MB. I feel like my eyes are opened to other watch brands and their offerings, and my 16710 is likely my last Rolex ever now. Too many other beautiful pieces out there without the AD games and at discounts.

This sounds so familiar to me. I used to have a collection of almost all Rolex. Like you I discovered other brands quality. Today, from the +20 watches in my collection only 2 are Rolex (also a 16710 :) but almost never wear them.

This is my NA at 1/3 of the price of a sport Rolex. And honestly, this UN is so much more watch to me. Love it.

Absolutely stunning watch! Wear it in good health. I’ve always been interested in UN, they make some beautiful divers. That watch sings to me much more than any rolex sport diver as well.
