about to lose my mind here...why is it so impossible to call RSC??

I can only find ONE phone number listed for both the RSC in NYC and Dallas, and I've tried for days now, every SINGLE time it comes up with a busy signal....phone number of 833-765-3900...is this phone number even legit?? Does anyone have any tips or tricks on how to get a hold of them?

Send them a letter, they will always answer back, and may even call you.

Right now they are closed for the holidays though.

They are closed Dec 23rd - Jan 3rd. You may want to double check nothing is wrong with your phone. The number in your original post works just fine. This sounds like the problem lies between the phone and the user.

You have to buy a Tudor Black Bay for them to pick up the phone.

You mean like a handwritten letter? On PAPER?

I can share with you the email of the guy I dealt with at NY RSC. He was very helpful and is very responsive to email. I serviced my serti dial sub there in June.

I called NYC Rolex a week and a half ago with no problem and physically went to see them last week. They moved down the road.

You’re using the public line. You need the VIP one.
