Yes they can. When I got mine several years ago, the price for the bracelet was around $700. I'm not sure what the current price is but I'm pretty sure it's higher.

I love the steel bracelet on it but I already have a Soeedy on steel.
I decided to keep the look of the blue strap but replaced it with a folding clasp. |
