I’ve had this happen. Now whenever I hide something before a vacation I take a picture of the hidden location. Most of the time I don’t even need to reference the picture now. Just the act of taking the picture helps me to remember better than just hiding it alone.

Stop looking for a few days and try thinking about some events from that 3 weeks ago. It’s also possible it has been stolen, 3 weeks I must say is a short period for you to completely forget completely, but don’t give up though.
