You might like a Yacht-Master with a blue dial....

But I see on your signature you've finally decided.... will you keep us in suspense or tell us now?

Lisa, I do want to get a Yacht-Master, but I really want that with the dark MOP dial (although I would settle for white with onyx markers)...but for my FIRST I decided to marry yours and Karis'...ending up with a men's Datejust with jubilee band, fluted WG bezel, blue dial and Roman markers. Hopefully it will be here on Monday! I am very excited to finally join the ranks of photo posters here!

Hoo-boy! And the crowd goes wild! I think you'll love the 36mm size. The fluted bezel and jubilee band will go with anything from office wear to weekend jeans. That will be a beauty of a watch to behold. Bet you'll be on Cloud 9 all weekend. Congrats!

By the way - I love the black MOP and it looks especially exquisite on the YM.

Here are some photos of my wife Gwen's DateJust. I gave it to her on the occasion of her retirement in June of 2007.

New to the forum, I snapped a very quick pic of my wife's daily beater (Ladies Presidential) next to my daily beater (Submariner Date). The dial, bezel, case, and band have had aftermarket diamonds added; its her birth stone, so I couldn't say no when she asked I couldn't/wouldn't buy authentic Rolex diamonds due to price, so we went cheaper aftermarket. There are a total of 302 diamonds on hers, and 0 on mine

My wife has forsaken Rolex (for now)... for a ladies Breguet Marine (being serviced now) and a Ulysse Nardin Lady Diver, also 40mm!

I love the way it looks on her - larger watches on girls are seeeeeexy!

Can you believe that my daughter want a Breguet Marine for her graduation watch. I took her into T in NYC, she say that one and that was it.

Dude- she's got GREAT taste! That's awesome! Nothing like a Breguet, IMO it tops Patek in quality.

Her GREAT taste has cost me a lot of money over the last few years. But I wouldn't have it any other way.

I know the feeling.... My wife refuses to wear quartz, it HAS to be a good Swiss or German brand, more of the avant-garde than the classic (Panerai, Hublot, etc) and it ends up costing me a pretty penny...

Does this count in a rolex forum?

my wife loves her watch.

It is very versatile and she loves the band changes for different outfits.
