Is it a myth or truth actually, that whisky is good alcohol for disinfection? Like it is shown in most movies/ TV shows.

I was always interested in such stuff :D

‘Twas the end for #761 “Tom’s Tears” last night.

Not sure which one of these will be my next victim.

The Whisky Thread

Finishing off a dusty old bottle and opening another dusty old bottle. Inherited whiskey is the best.

I keep seeing the WHH 13 year BiB from TNT009 and wanted to share my own. I found this one in an auction a few years ago, before prices went crazy high. Not a 13 year, I think it’s about 11 years old. It’s a very good pour, nonetheless.

Hold on.... where in the world can you get Lagavulin 16 for $50 a bottle. Show me the place and I''ll arrive with my rented box van tomorrow.

As for me, I love scotch but when I'm penny pinching you can not go wrong with Jameson. It's almost unfair how good it is for the price. Jimmy McNulty was on to something...

Newest cellar collection. If it’s half as good as the Madeira cask I’ll be happy.

I haven’t opened it yet but it is disappointing to hear. It’s not available in my state so unfortunately I really have to jump at the first Bottle at MSRP that I can find.
