New SS Daytona Case Comfort

I have been wearing my new 126500 on and off for a few months now, and I find it slightly less comfortable than my old 116520. I believe the lower case height (chrono pushers possibly sitting slightly closer to wrist) and lug "feet" are the contributing factors here. I feel like I get more contact/digging into skin at the wrist bone than I did with my old watch.

Is this in my imagination, or do others find the case with the lug feet (platona, WG, new SS) less comfortable than the old SS case?

I have been considering adding a WG or platinum, but if they wear like this, I'm going to have to write those off.

Also thinking of doing something crazy and potentially trading my SS in for the old style SS case.

If you're going to do that trade, probably a good idea to do it soon while the 126500 prices are still high.

I could see how these points could be true. Interested to hear what others think.

My 126500LN fits me like a glove and is extremely comfortable and I have owned all different later generations of Daytona. 16520, 116520, 116500 and now 126500, you must be thinking too much..=)

No issues with my 126500LN. Super comfy. Maybe have your bracelet adjusted.

I have the new 126500 in white and old 116500 in black. The new case design, the thinner case, and the new endlinks design makes the new ref more comfortable on my wrist vs the old ref. I was quite surprised to be honest

Had the 116500LN white and traded it in for the new 126500LN white. Both comfortable. I did have to use a different link layout on the new watch

126500 more comfortable than my 116500 was. The 116520 with the old small style buckle used from 2001 to 2009 was the most comfortable

I used to wear the 116500LN with a single link removed and micro adjustment set to the 3rd tightest. That same configuration on the 126500LN was looser so I removed one more link and set micro to the 3rd loosest.

I been wearing my black 126500ln for a few months now and I can say I like the fit/feel equal/slightly more than my 116500 panda.
