Incoming!!

Back in the day my brother got a Timex Ironman watch, I snagged it and wore it, So today I got one off eBay, should have it next week, the watch was new never worn in the box, they had 20th annv in the title, not sure if Timex released an annv edition, couldn't find it on Timex.com, but it looks exactly like the one I had, well took from my brother, pics to follow next week!

Congrats!

My Timex Ironman served me well. When my rubber strap eventually broke it only cost me $10 to replace it. Quite a pleasant change to anything Rolex related!

No kidding about the strap cost and it's certainly more than Rolex. Patek, Lange, etc, all cost $300-400 for a new strap, a far cry from $10.00 Those were the days.

BTW, congrats on your find. I hope it brings back fond memories.

Thanks everyone, still waiting on the watch, looks like it is the 20th annv edition which came out in 2006, which is ok, it looks like the old style.

I am bidding on an original from 1986, $18! I will get a replacement NOS oem strap and it will be good to go.

Very nice! Gotta love a Timex! I wear one everyday to school, and I have one coming right now it's from 1988. A Timex Moonphase.
