I've used Tempo and Time via Chrono24. A slick, painless experience which included haggling down. I've only done it once because I was after my grail watch, while I was still alive enough to enjoy it! If I was looking for something vintage or an impossible (for me) to get piece that I was willing to pay for, I would use T&T again. Chrono24 was a good environment to contact sellers and weed them. There was significant variation in perceived professionalism. IIRC about half of them didn't even respond to my initial enquiry.
