Icon5 Day Date Dial Question

I just got the dial on my day date 18038 swapped out. The new dial does not have lume by the hour markers. Is this a indication of a refinished dial? Thank you for your help!

Thanks. Here is a picture. Can someone please confirm this is an original and non refinished dial? I haven't been able to find a picture of one just like this anywhere else.

Yeah but it has tritium on the hands so that's kosher.

True, I hadn't realized that there is no other way to denote that.
