I learned that older eyes don't see the weak sensation we get here in Georgia as well as young eyes and more northerly latitudes. Also light pollution affects the camera sensor in Night Mode shooting. Using wide angle helps.
I have plenty of grainy worthless shots. My attempts began at 10:30ish through 11pm. Made images around the compass N-E-S-W. The SW images were better Another one Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

It's a sign from the Gods both old and new, Paul is our new Messiah. :)

I'm hearing that music......
“No one would have believed in the first years of the 21st century that this world was being watched keenly and closely by intelligences greater than man's and yet as mortal as his own; that as men busied themselves about their various concerns they were scrutinised and studied, perhaps almost as narrowly as a man with a microscope might scrutinise the transient creatures that swarm and multiply in a drop of water.” Sorry, HG. |

No pictures because I’m honestly not good enough with the iPhone camera, but went out and saw it with the kids last night. Really cool to see. Never thought I would see that in TN

Apparently, you could have seen it as far south as Florida and tomorrow night might be as good or better than last night (Friday night).
