Holy cow, JJ! I remember the day you talked me out of (temporarily) selling my black face EXPII. Nice work! It's a beautiful watch.

I've been homeless for the past month due to the hurricane, so haven't been checking the site much-does this mean you've gotten rid of your orange Omega? Or (surely not) your TT Sub??

Hi Tim,

Firstly, let me tell you how truly sorry I am on hearing about your current state of affairs. I wish I could do something to help you....I feel so helpless when such things happen to my good friends and there's absolutely nothing I can do to ease their misery.

Well, if you must know, I had to sell off my TT Blue Sub...but only because I needed the cash to buy the latest from Rolex - the 40 mm TT Blue YM. And then I took a small hit on my Omega PO, so got it off and bought the new Exp-II.

So these are my two current babies...

...and

I think he did it that way on purpose to show them engaged in something we shouldn't be watching on a public forum. Maybe he thinks that if he sticks the crowns together, they will produce a TT Blue Sub.

Wow!

JJ: Thanks for your kind words. WOW!! I had no idea that your picture next to your name was something you owned now! I figured it was on your "wish list!" What a beautiful watch with the blue face. I love it. How in the world did you get these purchases past your lovely wife?? I thought she had put the brakes on purchasing after you bought the SD? Congratulations on your two, beautiful watches, my friend. Tim

Well, they are of the same species - Rolexis sportius. That gives them a sporting chance.

Actually it was a not so subtle attempt at Latin naming conventions.
