FS: 1972 Rolex Submariner 1680

Lemon drop. Perfectly imperfect. This watch was born with a red Submariner dial, but sometime throughout its life (assuming during a service) a later white Submariner dial was replaced. Gorgeous matching patina on the hands and dial. Slight navy tone to the formerly black bezel. Pearl may be a later replacement. Case, crown guards and original rivet bracelet are in great shape as well.

Serial - Year: 2.9m ~1972

Bracelet - Strap: ‘PATETED’ 9315 bracelet with 280 endlinks. 1/72 date. Fits up to 8.25” wrist

Box - Papers - Accessories: Watch only

Service History: Service markings 12/77 and 5/81. Running at -8s/d, 203 amplitude
