Can Any Body Delivery This Complaints ?

Hello every body , as the topic , i didn't find any contact to the orginal company or any email . plz help Rolex's Costumers. the letter above:

To whom it may concern

We want to inform you that, in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia the agent of Rolex have tow employees for fixing, one of them
is gone to his country last year. Now there is only one employee some time he is sick and most time he doesn’t have mood to fixing(who can imagine an agency have only one an employee?) . All the customers in Riyadh under his mercy .
we have 2 Rolex watches are broken, not completely broken only the swings are broken, he told us the watch needs 2 months fixing and the cost is 1200$.the cost we can sallow
it but 2 months for fixing a watch?(how long did take to make new one?)
Frankly we really love Rolex but we love our selves and the people more than it.
We hope to find solution for that .

we don't blame the employee , we blame the agent.

i'm not sure anyone can help you here. you probably should complain to rolex directly about this matter. or there must be a service center for the middle east?
