Bubble desk clock

I was a few years ago in South Africa (Cape Town) and visited a really nice winery for a day of tasting.
When I went to the toilet they had a lounge where you can sit and relax and I saw they had in a wooden box a beautiful Cartier clock. I just fell in love with the thing.
I started googling around but I couldn't find any clue to Cartier making such a clock. Up to this moment I'm not even sure what key words should I use to find out. It's kind of a Bubble glass type of clock, looks navel.

I've found a few pics on google with similar clocks. If anyone has an idea how I can put my hands on a Cartier like that and how much it retails for I'd be happy to know.
