Can't figure out,need some help!
Ok, I've been all over this forum reading on how to add a picture to a forum posting. Now I've read how to do it through the settings in the control panel, but can't find the photo album etc.,to do this task. Can anyone tell me the easiest & simplest way to add pictures,it would be very much appreciated!

Just click on manage attachments, browse for your picture and upload.
