Need advice/5513 bracelet

I am a new member. After 40 years I have for the first time a problem with my
5513 Submariner.The bracelet 9315/280 is broken.The Rolex AD told me that I
have to replace it for a new one. There is no way to replace the broken link.
The sn of the Sub is 265xxxx it means that it is from the year 1970,so far as I
know. The advice I need is where can I find the original bracelet.

put a 93150 on it... easier to find and more comfortable to wear
send your old bracelet to Michael Young (coordinates to be found on this forum) he's the bracelet expert

or get yourself a vintage looking leather strap while your original 9315 is sent for repair by Michael. His turn around time is about 8 weeks. However, being so closed to Chinese New Year, it probably takes a bit longer. Very inexpensive (around $140) and quality work to restore your original bracelet. He's the only one that I send my braclets to the past 5 years.

If I have the chance I really like to give these ADs a boo boo for their ignorance. A broken link on a folded Oyster band is one of the easiest out of the lot to repair.

No worries send it to me and we will sort this out for you. Just check my profile for the website for all shipping details. But as mentioned , it is close to Chinese New Year and may take the full 8 weeks as mentioned on our site.
