Baume and mercier triple

1940's Baume and mercier triple dial chronograph with a lemania 1873 movement. What sort of quality is this likely to be? Am I likely to be buying a quality piece or a pile of rubbish? Know absolutely nothing about the brand so any help appreciated. Thanks
