is this over-polished?

Looking for a nice, crisp used Oyster Perpetual for my wife; this came up at a surprisingly good price, which makes me somewhat suspicious, even though the seller has a very positive feedback on one of the internet platforms.
I can't speak for the rest of the watch (not enough experience), but the crown on the buckle appears faint and not as defined as it could be.
What do you think?
