New Daytona 2021 -126500?!

Hard to believe. Blue bezel, cream dial, new movement... and the only welcoming upgrade is the 41mm case size.

I won’t believe this until I actually see it released. What do you guys think?

I don't like this color combination, and prefer the older model size, but there could be some merit if the hour hands and markers are a little bigger to improve legibility.

this looks like a WG Daytona with bezel changed (photoshopped) to blue and sub dials changed to blue.

WG because the lugs are symmetrical vs. asymmetrical on the SS models

So the new Omega Snoopy is a hit and someone on Instagram photoshopped a Daytona with the same color scheme and now the internet and social media is in a frenzy. I'm assuming this is exactly the reaction they were looking for. Yawn....

Already a previous thread on this, but I strongly suspect it’s fake. Rolex discontinued the Oyster S boxes in 2019, which this tag clearly indicates.

If you look where the “180” is suppose to be, it says 100 (first picture). Safe to assume it is photoshopped.

Seen this blue/grey combo lately, the Omega 300m for example. I think it looks good, at least from these photos

Don’t care as, even if true (which doubt) would be unobtainable

I don’t like the colors either. Would prefer a true black on white panda. That, would be AMAZING

I would love for this to be real! Planning on getting a Daytona soon. Going for the Panda but blue would be really cool.

Very easy to prove it's fake.

1) Blue color is reserved for Gold Models Only.

2) Full inner circles are reserved for Gold and Oysterflex models only.

3) If it's Gold model, the configurator won't show other SS model options with not full inner circles.

4) If it's Gold model, the price is incorrect and shows SS prices (on original leak).

The photo shopper is very weak with Rolex history to come up with this image.

I'm not sure if this is going to be a new model or not, but what I am sure of is that there is already at least a 25-30 year wait for it.

That’s right! I was thinking the same. The SS has the right lug slightly thinner. Clearly, it’s either a PM model or a photoshopped pic

I think it's just fake or photoshopped. The screen in the picture says "See Model" then "Select" (in German). So such things exist in the current Rolex website.

Nope. Check the SS YM2: steel w blue

Plus this photoshop is based on the “original” leaked picture

Didn’t we just kill a thread exactly like this yesterday.

The tag is a bad fake Oyster “S” small boxes do not exist any more. Rolex have moved over to provide “M” medium boxes. Why would Rolex revert back to that and a with the Daytona to boot.

And Rolex so happen to put a new model into a box with a hang tag and white tag for some random person to “leak” it out... highly unlucky. They’ll let people fondle dummy versions without any boxes, etc before it hits a purchaser... in Germany.

Next.....

Social media rampant with these speculations. Rolex will release new watches in a few weeks. And no, your ADs know nothing...

Because the watch is now 41 MM so 1 MM larger. In order to make the watch larger they had to make the box smaller

It’s fake for various reasons. Original leak had the 100 on the bezel where 180 was supposed to be. Also the other leaked website image has the blue bezel on the same screen as the white and black dials. In other words, if would in theory let you select those other dial colors and not change bezel. Rolex configuration on their site first makes you select a bezel color and will only present the dials that match it. So unless Rolex got rid of the black bezel entirely, I don’t see white and black dials being visible on the same screen as a completed blue bezel and blue sub dial Daytona. Plus the box issues. It may be real but the images we’ve seen are photoshopped. I attached a pic of a watch
I would really want them to release.

The all black sub dials look solid! But I probably couldn’t get one from an AD.
